Sean is the Founder & CEO of BlueRock Partners, a financial and strategic advisory firm providing comprehensive financial modeling and investor materials to help early-stage B2B SaaS founders raise capital, scale efficiently, and make investor-ready decisions.
Before founding BlueRock, Sean worked at One Zero Bank ($280mn+ in founding), shaping corporate strategy and translating complex financial data into key insights for strategic priorities.
He also gained extensive experience in top-tier investment banking at Barclays, Societe Generale, and Clairfield International, executing IPOs, M&A deals, and valuations for global technology companies ($800mn+ in total transaction value). Earlier in his career, he worked in VC at Lumen Ventures, focusing on cross-border technology investments.
Sean holds an MSc in Management from ESCP Business School (top 5 globally - Financial Times) across London, Paris, and Madrid, and a BSc in Economics and Management from LUISS GC University in Rome, graduating 110/110 cum Laude (top 10% of cohort).
